Your Account and Responsibility
When creating an account in the app you are responsible for
- Providing correct and accurate information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur through your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
The administration is not responsible for any damage resulting from your negligence in protecting your account.
When participating in any auction on the platform
- Bids are legally binding and cannot be canceled
- In case of winning the purchase must be completed according to announced terms
- Failure to complete the purchase may result in suspension from auctions
- You must have the actual financial ability to pay
- Administration reserves the right to cancel any suspicious bid
When purchasing from Saheel market
- Displayed prices include applicable taxes
- Shipping cost is calculated separately based on your location
- Return policy is determined for each product separately
- Product quality warranty is the responsibility of the certified seller
It is prohibited to use the app for any of the following activities
- Any illegal activity or activity violating Islamic law
- Attempting to hack the system or harm other users
- Publishing offensive, disturbing or misleading content
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Using bots or automated software to manipulate auctions
- Attempting to collect data of other users
We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these terms without prior notice.
The app is an intermediary platform between sellers, buyers and bidders. Saheel administration is not responsible for
- Quality of horses or products offered
- Accuracy of information provided by users
- Disputes between parties outside the scope of the app
- Losses resulting from purchase or bidding decisions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the app or email. Continuing to use the app after modification means you agree to the new terms.
