• Profile picture if you choose to add one

The app requests permission to access the camera and photo gallery for the following purposes only

• Uploading your profile picture
• Adding horse photos when listing in auction or market
• Uploading documents and certificates when needed

Photos are used only within the app and are not shared with any external party.

The app uses your location optionally for the following purposes

• Showing auctions near you
• Finding veterinarians, trainers and stables in your area
• Setting delivery address when shopping in the market

You can deny this permission at any time from your device settings without affecting your use of the app.

We use the latest encryption technologies to protect your data. Passwords are fully encrypted in a way that no one can view them, including app administrators. Connection between the app and server is protected by SSL certificate and sensitive data is encrypted in the database.

Your data belongs to you alone. We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing purposes under any circumstance. We may share some data only with trusted service providers to operate the app such as payment and notification services.

The app uses cookies to save your login session and preferred settings such as language. These files remain on your device and do not contain sensitive personal information.

The app is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we collected information from a child we will delete it immediately. Parents should contact us if they become aware of this.

After deletion request the account is disabled immediately and permanently deleted within 14 days. After final deletion data cannot be recovered.

We may update the privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via in-app notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the app after the update means you agree to the new policy.
